I'm a bit angry with my old property manager...

I got my bond disposal form, and it said I had to pay $85 in rent owing, when I knew I always paid in advance.

When I rang her, and said it wasn't right, She acted all snobby and cuntish, 'Well thats the way it is, you always pay 2 days behind', and I'm like 'No, I always pay ahead'.

She finally sent me out the list of transactions, where it shows I made a payment that they never applied (The dates on the transaction list says that that money got me -1 days in rent, and thats when I started to become 2 days behind).

I rang up and spoke to some other joker at the place, he admitted that there was an error, and they'd sort it out, it's been like 5 days and I haven't heard anything.

I'm not that angry about the screwup, mistakes happen, I'm angry that a) she spoke to me like I was trash, and I ended up being right, check your facts before you apply cuntiness to your tone b) It took them a month to send out the form in the first place.

Property managers/Landlords are just cunts.

I'm pretty sure I saw part of that clip on an ad for Today Tonight. Sure didn't watch it though.
