Lydia Lassila, a meditteranean decendant Australian, complained globally about the unfair scores she received in the aerial skiing qualification round. Making the following statement "''There are random scores and that's not good enough,'' an angry Lassila said afterwards. ''We've dedicated our whole lives to this. It's not good enough at an Olympics.''
Moral of the story - complain bitterly and loud about the adjudicators and umpires and you may just shame them into awarding you the gold medal.
She should have got the gold medal for whingeing.
