I do agree that you should not be expected to remove such a post without being shown something concrete...
Specifically I'd be asking for proof of this claim made by the sister in the email she sent you...(see bold below)....
If in fact such a police or court order DOES exist then naturally if the police or representative from the court contacted you then you would be obligated to remove it but till that happens tell her to fuck off

This thread is libelous - she has a police warning against her doing exactly this sort of thing (Cleveland Police UK - last year October time I seem to remember - if necessary will find file and give exact date)- she is not allowed to approach me nor publish anyhting on the web - I have not seen her for almost 20 years and have no desire to so do. She will not believe anything that any one tells her, in age I am less then 3 years older, so therefor not able to know what went through my mothers mind when she proclaimed her premature - but surely as every one knows prematurity is often used as an excuse for a woman playing away from home. Our mother is dead she died on June 4th this year. Vera has been doing this sort of thing for the last 16 years, and she is winding herself up to do something that will make me start the whole police thing again - but this time I will not - I feel sorry for her because she really has a requirement for contained ongoing mental health care.

Not at all....If it's posted on the net then it's public knowledge and fair game...Took me 2 minutes to find that pic and all the other stuff that Helga has posted online...

Besides, you are not in any trouble over this....Just add the disclaimer saying what I said b4 about posts being the opinion of the poster to your sig and make sure it's on the registration page for new members to see and you got nothing to worry about....
Then you can only be sued for liable for the posts YOU make

You're in Australia and not the USA so you can't be sued for anything like this so easily like she thinks...Till you see proof of the court order you got no reason to worry or to do anything....
