I messed up

I've liked a girl alot for awhile now, and out of the blue, she called me. We talked on the phone for a bit, and then eventually one of us had to go. That was a few months ago. Now, she hates me because she thinks I was ignoring her in real life. Truth being, I never talked to her because I'm really shy, and I always got really nervous around her.

So, now she hates me, and sometimes I hate me.
Anything I can do?

PS, People have told me to move on and find someone else. There is no one else. She is amazing
