So just out curiosity, Goatso, how come I was unable to change my tip for the Saints vs Geelong game like half an hour before it started? You put in the wrong start time or something?

What time did the game start? 2:10?

There shouldn't be any wrong starting games unless they have changed it from the official fixtures at the start of the season.

The games/starting times weren't hand edited, they were scraped from the afl website.

That is the case, I compared the data files from when I entered the games vs the data file for the results, the game time changed from 2:10pm to 3:10pm.

Well I was tried to change my tip to St Kilda at like 2:30 and it sure as hell wouldn't let me do it...

Well, yeah. The middle Sunday game always starts at 2:10, but due to the high billing of this game Channel 7 wanted it live. Instead of, I dunno, not playing some shitty Elvis movie or repeats of Everybody Loves Raymond, they got the AFL to change the time of the game to 3:10. Insane.
