Thanks, I was hoping someone was going to mention it, I put quite alot of effort into redesigning it, when I didn't really *have* to, the old site was functional, but ugly.

The icons was mainly to reduce the size of the results flash, but also looks snazzy.
The graph under manage that shows your points vs average for round will look cool too, that'll start to show data after results for round 2 is entered.

Is there any way of viewing what other people tipped? Like at the end of the round or something?
yes - there's a summary tag next to all our names that show how many of us tipped what. click the numbers and a popup will tell you who actually tipped them.

Yes, you can always view what they tipped.
On the site, under 'Round 2 Tips' click the name of the person whos tips you want to see, or click summary to view what everyone tipped, click the number next to the team to see names.
